The Liverpool end of the M62 Motorway, looking across to the Rocket flyover. The flyover built at the same time as the motorway replaces two large roundabouts.

The Rocket pub which is to the left of the photograph (behind the passing lorry), built in 1973 (when the motorway was constructed), it is the third of that name. The original beer house was replaced in 1889 by present pubs predecessor.
