The Steble Fountain and the Old County Sessions House can be found at the top of William Brown Street.
The Steble Fountain in the forground was erected in 1879 it is named after Col. Steble mayor of the City in 1874. The Sculptor was W Cunliffe and it is made of cast iron. A copy of the fountain can be found in Boston, USA, in front of the State House.
In the centre background is the Old County Sessions House. Built between 1882 and 1884, the architects were F & G Holmes.
